About Barbara Tate

Volunteering at the Kemper desk since May of 2009. Completed the Master Gardener Course in 2010. Serving on the 2011 Master Gardener Training committee.

I also teach cake decorating at Michaels in Wentzville and O’Fallon. I especially like making gum paste flowers look almost fresh cut.
