About Kate Hellmann
Passionate about ecological landscaping with experience designing and installing both native and edible gardens for home and school. Interested in permaculture and maximizing the urban landscape for food production and habitat creation. My home garden features a large vegetable garden, mini fruit orchard with 15 varieties of fruit trees and berry bushes, backyard flock of happy hens, and native plant gardens throughout. I love how plants and gardening brings people together to build community and foster a more vibrant and responsible connection to the planet.
