Wally Cammarata is a native St. Louisan, ex-New York Yankee minor leaguer for 5 years, MBA graduate of St. Louis University, employed by McGraw-Hill Book Co in operations for 27 years, and part-time consultant for a plastics firm. He volunteers at the Butterfly House teaching butterfly biology during winter and at Kemper Center outside gardens during summer, experiments with new plantings around the house, golfs weekly but sucks at it.
