Plants, Pollen, and Allergies

Plant allergies are complex. If you as a gardener understand plant physiology and plant selection, you can choose plants to minimize allergen occurrence and your exposure to them. You will learn some of the most common plant pollen allergens, their myths and realities. You will learn elementary botany as it relates to allergies.
