Flora Conservancy

Want a great way to help beautify one of St. Louis’ most beloved parks? Why not volunteer with the Flora Conservancy of Forest Park and work in beautiful settings such as the Jewel Box, Pagoda Circle, the golf course. Volunteers work in partnership with the St. Louis City Parks Department.
Keep your green thumbs working all winter in the greenhouse of Forest Park assisting with seed planting, propagating, and maintaining plants. When the weather warms up,  the Flora Conservancy volunteer group heads outside to prep planting beds and install our winter’s work.  All summer we meet to maintain the beds and keep them as weed free as we are able. Volunteer hours are generally Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings from 9:00 – 11:00. For more information on becoming a Flora Conservancy volunteer, please call Jack at 314.289.5323.
